How to care for your piece
Wash before first use
Hand-wash the 23, 34, and 60 oz jars, lids, and blade assemblies with warm soapy water, then rinse and air-dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth — never submerge it.
Load jar the right way
Add liquids first, then soft fruit, then leafy greens, and top with frozen fruit or ice. Keep contents below the max line so the six-blade system can pull ingredients down without stalling.
Blend in short pulses
Lock the jar onto the base, start on low, then ramp to high in 20–30 second pulses until smooth. If the motor feels hot, stop and let overheat protection reset for 10–15 minutes before running again.
Rinse and self-clean
Right after pouring, fill the jar halfway with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then run 30 seconds on high. Rinse, and hand-wash blades weekly to keep the edges sharp and gaskets odor-free.
Store dry and upright
Fully dry every part before reassembly to prevent gasket mildew, then store jars upside-down on the base with the travel cup lid off. Keep the cord loosely coiled — never wrapped tight around the base — to protect the internal wiring.
