Aminjon LLC ("Nestora," "we," "us," or "our") operates homenestora.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who
we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. We serve customers in the
United States.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION / YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

advertising, so there is currently nothing to opt out of. We still honor the Global
Privacy Control (GPC) signal in supported browsers. If our practices ever change, we
will update this policy and provide an opt-out method — including a way to request it
by emailing support@homenestora.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My
Personal Information" — before any such sharing begins.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Email support@homenestora.com with your request and "Privacy Request" in the subject
line. To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before
fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct, and may ask for information to match
you to our records. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframes
required by law (generally within 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit
a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.

9. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia,
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have similar rights
to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out
of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data, and — in some states — to
appeal a decision on your request. To exercise these rights, or to appeal, email
support@homenestora.com. We will respond as required by your state's law.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us
information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does
not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted,
and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means
you accept the updated policy.
