Refund policy
NESTORA — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Nestora purchase. If something isn't right, we're here
to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
This store is operated by Aminjon LLC ("Nestora," "we," "us," or "our"). We sell
and ship within the United States only.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after
30 days may not be accepted.
2. CONDITION OF ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- In their original packaging with any tags, manuals, and accessories included
- In resalable condition
We may deny a refund or apply a deduction for items returned used, damaged by the
customer, or missing parts or packaging.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN (REQUIRED)
Please do NOT ship any item back before contacting us. To start a return:
1) Email support@homenestora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos.
2) We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the
correct return shipping address.
3) Ship the item to the address we provide, with the RMA number on the label.
Returns sent without authorization or to an address we did not provide may be
refused, delayed, or lost, and may not be eligible for a refund. Because our items
ship from U.S.-based fulfillment partners, the correct return address depends on
the item — always use the address we give you.
4. WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING
- Change-of-mind / no-longer-wanted returns: the customer is responsible for return
shipping costs. Original shipping (if any) is not refunded.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send you a
prepaid label or reimburse the cost. You pay nothing.
5. REFUNDS — METHOD AND TIMING
Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center and passes inspection, we issue
your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after
inspection for the refund to be processed; your bank or card issuer may take
additional time to post it. We'll email you when your refund is on its way.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact
us within 7 days of delivery at support@homenestora.com with photos. We will make
it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
You do not need to keep a defective item if we ask you to dispose of it.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be
returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Personal care, bedding, and other hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
8. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (per this policy)
and place a new order. If you'd like an exchange, contact us and we'll help.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they enter processing. Because
we ship quickly, once an order is processing or shipped it cannot be canceled — you
may return it under this policy after delivery.
10. SHIPPING DELAYS AND YOUR RIGHTS
If we are unable to ship your order within our stated time frame, we will notify you
and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC
Mail Order Rule.
