NESTORA — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of homenestora.com
(the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is owned and operated by
Aminjon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Nestora," "we," "us," or "our").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to
form a binding contract to make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you
meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential
and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, pricing, or other content are

- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable sales tax will be added where required.
- Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order,
  you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your payment method.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we reserve the right
  to refuse, limit, cancel, or correct any order — including after it is placed — for
  reasons such as suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing or typographic
  errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return &
Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

and the "Nestora" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Aminjon LLC and is
protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape,
distribute, or commercially use any part of the Site without our prior written
permission.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized
access to the Site or its systems; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data using
automated means; infringe our or others' rights; or interfere with the Site's
operation.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMINJON LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND
AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE
OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aminjon LLC and its members,
managers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees
arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation
of any law or third-party right.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not
responsible for their content or practices, and including a link is not an endorsement.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located
in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those
courts. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on
an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by
the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted
means you accept the revised Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay
in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return
& Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
