How to care for your piece

Fill and Prime
Pour in up to 100 ml of oil, vinegar, or citrus, leaving a finger of air at the top so the pump can build pressure. Screw the head on tight, then pump the top 5–10 times until you hear light resistance.
Spray the Right Way
Hold 6–8 inches above the pan or salad and press once for an even mist coat. Re-pump every few sprays as pressure drops, and keep the nozzle upright so only air (not liquid) gets pulled in.
Rinse After Each Oil
Empty leftover oil after a week to prevent rancid buildup, then flush the bottle and pump with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Run a few sprays of clean water through the nozzle to clear the internal tube.
