Wipe both tiers, the drip tray, utensil cup, and drain spout with warm soapy water, then dry fully before assembly so the coating stays sealed.
Assemble in 20 minutes
Hand-tighten every screw following the diagram, then go around a second time once the frame is square so nothing wobbles under a full load.
Aim the drain spout
Set the rack within 2 inches of the sink edge and rotate the spout under the tray until water runs straight into the basin, not onto the counter.
Load heavy on bottom
Stand plates and pot lids on the lower tier, park mugs and bowls up top, and slide knives blade-down into the side holder so the 22 lb limit stays balanced.
Dry and wipe weekly
Once a week pull the tray, empty standing water, and wipe the coated steel dry with a soft cloth to stop rust spots and keep it working for years.
