Solid bamboo construction, no plastic smell, and it actually feels nice in your hands. The natural finish really shows the wood grain beautifully.
I was worried about bamboo being slippery when wet, but this one has great grip. It's light enough to carry with one hand but feels substantial and won't warp. Already used it for three entertaining events and it's holding up perfectly.
Great board, really love the size and the fact that it doesn't have that plasticky coating. Only reason I'm not giving it five stars is it needed a bit more seasoning oil out of the box, but that's a minor thing.
