Where We Ship

Nestora ships across the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Larger items (rugs, mirrors, statement furniture) may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination. Promotions for free or discounted shipping are announced on our homepage and in our newsletter.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email hello@homenestora.com within 7 days of delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us — we'll help you resolve it.
