30-Day Returns
We want you to love every Nestora piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces cannot be returned.
- Items damaged in transit or arriving with manufacturing defects are always eligible — please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@homenestora.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. In those cases, Nestora pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original and place a new order.
